We pride ourselves on teaching competitive students in all areas of Taekwondo, including sparring.

To spar in class or in tournaments Guardian Institute students must go through a Level 1 Sparring Certification Class. A Level 2 class is also offered for more advances skills and extra practice. 

​

These classes are a one-time $35 fee each. Students are allowed to repeat the classes at anytime for free.

• Rules and etiquette for sparring matches

• Practice sparring matches

• Coaching experience

• Advance sparring techniques
