Service Description

Join Mrs. Sebers and other select instructors for self-defense seminars. We focus on situation awareness, de-escalation, and other necessary techniques to remove yourself from an attacker. These seminars are low stress learning environments with the chance for participants to test out different scenarios and ask questions.
