Self-Defense

Women's Self Defense

Ages 12+

  • Taught by female instructors

  • Focus on your own power, no special gimmicks or tools

  • ​Available as 1:1 Private lessons, Private Group lessons, or Public Group

Children's Self-Defense

Ages 5-11

  • Age appropriate language and skills

  • Focus on stranger danger and bullying

  • Available as a Parent/Child Combo class or Group Kid Class

Women's Self-Defense Summer Series

6 week series meeting for 1 hour a week starting June 13th- July 25th (No Class on July 4th).

Whole program cost - $75 per participant - Limited Spots!!

Each session will review previous techniques and add more skills.
